Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box and include all manuals, warranty cards, and certificates before securing it in the shipping carton.

  Affix the Label

  Attach the provided pre-paid insured shipping label to your package, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the timepiece's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
